Huge rooms, very comfy beds. Extra care from the attentive staff. Excellent service everywhere. Wi Fi provided in hotel. Location near to nature, woods and mountains, and a forested volcanic natural park.

It was the perfect place for me to relax and reconnect with the outdoors. The service was top-notch, with the lovely family who runs this place taking care of everything to ensure a pleasant stay. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with amazing views from the two terraces. The heating system was excellent, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the service was outstanding. This hotel truly aims to be a luxury destination, and it definitely lived up to my expectations.

Nestled in the heart of the mountains, this hotel offers spectacular views of the stunning natural landscapes. The staff proved themselves friendly and extremely helpful, offering guidance on local attractions and activities. On top of all of this, the peaceful environment was ideal for relaxation.
The nearby hiking trails could be better indicated, as we often found ourselves wandering aimlessly. the service at the restaurant could be improved, as staff seemed inexperienced and were slow to serve us during our meals.

Located in the middle of the woods, this hotel is a perfect retreat for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. the amazing views of the mountains make this place a hidden gem. the hotel offers plenty of activities, including short walks in the mountain, making it a perfect vacation spot. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the delicious breakfast is a delightful morning surprise.
The access road to the hotel can be a bit stressful if you have a large car. the double bed with two single mattresses is not very comfortable.
